| Best Practices in ITI |
| The newly constituted IMC(Institute Management Committee), under the leadership of the Industry Partner, has prepared the Institute Development Plan (IDP) and has decided their target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for next five years. The IDP contain details about how much money shall be kept as seed money in a corpus fund and how much will be utilized for different components such as civil works, purchase of machinery/equipment and other miscellaneous activities. The year wise breaks up for these components are given. IDP should is prepared after careful consideration of the available resources and requirements of the ITI and its surroundings. |
